If you're leading through complexity and change in a fast-moving, international environment – and you're starting to feel the cost of it in ways you can't quite name – you're in the right place.

About Silke

I’m Silke. Twelve years ago, I was living in my second home in Indonesia – the country I had chosen when I chose the man I married, and life was teaching me things
no training could have prepared me for.

Two small children. A foreign culture. Homesickness that sometimes felt like a hole in my chest. And in the middle of all of it, I was building a business from scratch – something I believed in deeply – while quietly falling apart.

I had the knowledge. The training. The will. What I didn't have was a way to quiet the noise, regulate the fear, or stop second-guessing myself in the moments that mattered most. Eventually, my body said: enough. I broke down, physically and mentally.

The clarity I'd been chasing
through thinking – I found
it through feeling.

What brought me back wasn't a new management strategy or another course. It was movement. Learning to work with my body and my nervous system as allies, not obstacles. It was breath - and positive psychology. And somewhere in that process, I found ground again - and came home to myself.

The clarity I'd been chasing through thinking – I found it through feeling.
The confidence I'd been trying to build through achievement – I found it through stillness. The strength I thought I'd lost – it had been there all along, waiting underneath the noise.

Everything I teach, I lived first.

And here's the part that still makes me smile: None of this was actually new to me.
As a child, I was a gymnast. I spent countless hours balancing on my hands, tumbling across mats, learning what it means when your body and mind move as one. I knew it then – instinctively, in my bones – that movement connects you to your source of strength. That it makes you whole. That it makes you happy.

Life took me far from that knowing. A breakdown brought me
back to it. And professional mission today is built on it.

I'm a psychologist by training – but my real education has been the intersection of many worlds.

Western neuroscience and psychology gave me the framework for understanding how the brain and nervous system shape behavior under pressure. Positive Intelligence and somatic work gave me the tools for shifting patterns of self-sabotage and building mental fitness.

And the Eastern traditions – yogic philosophy, embodied movement practice – gave me what the West is only now beginning to confirm: that the body is not separate from the mind. That it is, in fact, the way in.

Over 25 years of living and working between Asia and Europe – navigating cultural complexity, building businesses, raising a family far from home – gave me something no qualification could:

The lived understanding of what it actually costs to lead through complexity. And what it takes to do it without losing yourself.

I trained in Brain Gym®, Kinesiology, Yoga, Breathwork and Leadership Coaching –
not to collect certificates, but because each one brought me deeper into the work. Deeper into
the integration. Deeper into what I now bring to the leaders I work with.

I work with experienced female leaders  who are navigating complexity and change in multinational, international environments. They are capable, experienced and deeply committed to the people they lead. And they are tired.

Tired of the thoughts that won't stop after the workday ends. Tired of pulling everyone forward and having nothing left for themselves. Tired of knowing what to do – and still feeling like something gets in the way in the moment that counts.

They don't need more knowledge. They don't need to be fixed. They need
to come back to themselves. If that's you – if you're ready to stop surviving the pressure and start leading from a place of real inner stability – then I think we should talk.

This work takes different
forms:
a 12-week signature program, 1:1 coaching,
and immersive retreats. Each
path is different. The starting
point is always the same.

I live between Germany and Indonesia – two worlds
that have shaped me in equal measure and given me a deep appreciation for what connects us across cultures: the universal human need to feel grounded, clear and connected.

Movement connects you to
your source of strength. I knew
it then – in my bones.

I am a mother, a partner, a former gymnast who still believes that moving your body is one of the most underrated acts
of leadership. I love deep conversations, early mornings, the particular quiet of being somewhere completely new, and the moment in a coaching session when something shifts – when you can see it in someone's eyes before they've
even found the words.

You!
- Let's start there!
