Im Silke, a Holistic Psychologist, Coach, Learning & Development Facilitator, Intercultural Trainer and Yoga Teacher who holds a big passion for Positive Intelligence and Embodied Transformation.

My job is to help you releasing your unique spirit and grow into a global leader that is able to navigate in complex and fast-changing environments with confidence, clarity and easy.

Since the early days of my career, I’ve been on a quest to understand
human behavior. With a natural curiosity about people and gifted with good senses, I wanted to uncover what makes people truly happy and
to live meaningful lives.

In home country Germany, I studied psychology to explore the Western
view of the mind, but I always questioned the status quo and the beliefs my culture holds as «truth». Fascinated by the wisdom of different cultures, I traveled to Asia for an internship and a year-long backpacking adventure.

Immersed in cultures vastly different from my own, I gained new perspectives on life and the complexities of human nature. It has since become my passion and the foundation of my profession: Embracing a diversity of viewpoints and integrating them into inclusive approaches.

And lunas decome my lte. Aiter co wears of livine and workine across varlous. countries, I call not only Germany but also Indonesia my home together with my Indonesian husband and our 2 multicultural children.

A life like this, exciting as it is, comes with its own complexities and constant change. But rather than seeing this as a challenge, I've come to embrace the magic in it. Navigating through these fluid, ever-changing circumstances and seeing them unfold like a beautiful symphony has created new opportunities for me and my family at every turn.

This is exactly the kind of experience I help my clients achieve. I guide them in embracing change and navigating uncertainty with confdence, turning complexity into a cowertul source of growin and opportunity.

During a challenging period in my life, as I struggled with both my physical and mental health, I was introduced to the holistic way of healing. I healed not through the help of doctors or conventional therapy, but by working with my body, my mind and the energy system that connects them all. I found that absolutely fascinating!

I realized that this holistic approach to human health answered the very questions I had as a psychologist: How do we heal? How can we help people become happy, excel in their work, and truly enjoy what they do?

From then on, I started to include body-mind techniques in my training
and coaching racination. I signed up tand completed courses in neuroscience and Brain Gym " and learned a million things about the brain and the human. nervous system. ne the same ume, I studied ninesolocy and te chinese Mercian. System, joined pillow-circle courses of the colorful Yoga world and explored breathing techniques, Chakras and universal alignment

Funny is that exploring the body-mind connection brought me back to something. knew instinctively since my childhood when I trained as a aymnast. While spending countless hours balancing on my hands and tumbling across mats, I knew that movement connects you to your source of strength and - makes happy.
